Delivery Within Canada
Shipping cost: Free shipping
Order cutoff time: Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed late on Saturday may be processed on Monday. Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with customers via email.
Handling time: 0 – 1 business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day, except on Sundays or national holidays.
Transit time: Estimated transit time is 0-1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 0-2 Business Days.

International Shipping (Outside Canada)
We have partnered with DHL to ship internationally to the USA.
Shipping cost: Free shipping
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST.

Transit time: Estimated transit time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 Business Days.

Customs & Duties
International shipments may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other fees not included in the freight quote. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee). Please check your local laws regarding customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Refunds & Reshipments for Delayed Deliveries
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, customers can request a refund or reshipment by contacting us at info@cwsprint.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation or claim.

Shipping Restrictions
CWSPrint.com will NOT deal with or provide services/products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
Tracking Information
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
Change of Address
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can update your delivery address by contacting customer service at info@cwsprint.com. However, once an item has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Wrong Address Policy
If items are returned due to an incorrect mailing address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.
