Return Policy Details
Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Free Returns: We will cover the cost of return shipping, so you can return your items at no additional charge. Additionally, we do not charge restocking fees.

Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, tags, and documentation are included.
Shipping Label
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it and attach it to the package.
Ship the Package
Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location, following the instructions in your return authorization email.
Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at +1-(877) 309-1659 within 1 day of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
If your package is lost during transit and not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days to initiate an investigation or claim. Refunds or reshipments will be processed accordingly.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for any replacement items.
