At CWS Print, managed and operated by Caliber Web Solutions Inc., we make payments secure and convenient. Below is an overview of accepted payment methods and how we safeguard your transactions.

Transaction Security

SSL Encryption

  • All card payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption.

  • Look for the lock icon in your browser to confirm your connection is secure.

No Credit Card Data Storage

  • We do not store your card details after checkout.

  • Payment details are sent directly to our banking partners for processing.

Failed Transactions & Refunds

  • If your payment is declined, no charges will be applied.

  • If your bank temporarily holds funds, they are usually released within 3–5 business days.

Security Screening Process

  • Some orders may require verification of customer details before processing.

  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.

  • If verification is required, we will contact you directly.

Accepted Payment Methods — Canada

Credit/Debit Cards (Online)

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Interac e-Transfer (Canada only)

  • Send directly from your Canadian banking app.

  • Recipient details are provided on your invoice or quote.

Cheque Payments (Canada)

  • Business and personal cheques are accepted.

  • Cheques must be made payable to Caliber Web Solutions Inc.

  • Orders paid by cheque will begin processing once funds are cleared.

Credit/Debit Cards (Online)

  • We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways.

PayPal

  • Pay using your PayPal account or linked cards.

  • You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure site and then back to CWS Print.

Cheque Payments (USA)

  • Cheques are accepted for approved orders.

  • Cheques must be made payable to Caliber Web Solutions Inc. in USD.

  • Production will begin once the cheque has cleared with our bank.
